ORDERS

Please email your order to info@ankceramics.com and you will receive an estimate and approximate delivery date.

Minimum opening order is $500. This threshold is designed to ensure that there is a critical mass of the work to create a well-rounded representation. In the same spirit, please limit the number of different glazes you request in any given order so that there is continuity in your selection. For prices on custom shapes, dimension, and glazes, please inquire.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an estimate for the items included. The final invoice, including shipping, will be issued upon the completion of the order.

PRODUCT QUALITY

All items are handmade; slight variations in color, size, or other unique characteristics are recognized as part of their value.

PAYMENT TERMS

 • Opening orders require payment in full via credit card or check at time of shipment

 • Re-orders require payment in full at time of shipment

 • 2.7% credit card fee will be added to all orders paid with credit card

CLAIMS

• Submit claims for order discrepancies or items damaged during shipping via email within 5 days of receipt

 • Items damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded

ONLINE SELLING

• All products sold online must have ANK Ceramics’s name prominently listed in the product copy 

SHIPPING

• Orders are shipped via USPS ground or FedEx ground unless client requests otherwise

• Client will be charged for shipping at cost, plus an additional 2% handling fee to cover the cost of shipping materials

• We are doing our best to use sustainable packing materials! This includes corrugated cardboard, shrink wrap that easily pulls away from the packing materials, and biodegradable packing peanuts; please recycle or reuse
